ARTICLE 1 - PRE-ORDER ITEM
1.1 - At Aksara, 60% of our products are pre-order items. By pre-order, we mean that we do not have the item on hand and we need to order from our suppliers at overseas.
1.2 - If you wish to order our pre-order items, please wait about 1-4 weeks for the items to arrived. This is because international shipment varies from time to time.
1.3 - After placing your order, you need to pay 50% from the total amount as a confirmation of order. You will be given 3 days prior to the order to settle this payment or the order will be canceled.
1.4 - Once the item has arrived, we will notify you and you need to settle the balance before we ship the item. Please note that we will only ship when we have received full payment.
ARTICLE 2 - SHIPPING
2.1 - For ready stock item, please wait for 1 week for the shipment to arrived and for pre-order item, the shipment may take 3-4 weeks to arrived.
2.2 - Shipping fee is included in listed price unless it stated otherwise.
ARTICLE 3 - RETURN
3.1 - We return all items except pre-order items that is RM 500 and above.
3.2 - Returns must be made upon 7 days of receiving. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

ARTICLE 4 - REFUND
4.1 - Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.2 - Refund is only be given if the item is returned in its original condition only. Otherwise we will deduct your money based from the loss value of the item.
4.3 - Refund will be issued after we received the item. Normally, it will take within 48 hours to issue a refund.
